Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for clearance items or gift vouchers. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund via your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and settle the refund.
